I help women and couples build stronger, healthier relationships
Many of the women and couples I work with appear successful on the outside but privately feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns. If this sounds like you, I can help you better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create a healthier relationship with yourself and with others.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in finance and economics at Goldman Sachs in New York and Mexico City. This experience helps me understand the pressures many professionals face. As someone who is culturally Latina and has lived in the United States for more than half my life, I also bring a bicultural perspective to my work.
If you’re here looking for couples therapy, I offer a space where both you and your partner will feel heard and understood. I will guide you in learning new ways to communicate, listen, and repair after conflict. I became trained in Gottman method couples therapy after seeing incredible results in my own relationship of twenty-seven years. My approach to therapy is deeply shaped by the real-life lessons of marriage and parenting.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. If you’re curious about whether working together might be helpful, I invite you to reach out. I’d be glad to schedule a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
